Development History
Foundation and Establishment
2003: F&P was founded as a beverage conveyor system manufacturer.
Steady Development
2006: Became an appointed supplier of KHS.
2007: Established a joint venture for air conveyors.
2008: Became an appointed supplier of Krones.
2011: Achieved an average growth rate of 30%.
2013: Became an appointed supplier of Sidel.
Development Peak
2014: Achieved sales growth of 49.6%, with annual sales exceeding USD 200 million.
Innovation
2015: Established Nanjing F&P Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd., dedicated to liquid packaging system design and complete line manufacturing.
Further Development
2015: Launched turnkey project solutions for end-of-line packaging.
2016: Installed complete lines for Coca-Cola, Foodstar, Ganten, etc. Worked with an Italian team to develop new packaging machines.
2016: Established a new factory.
2017: Began manufacturing and installing glass bottling lines:
– Beer production lines: 10,000 BPH – 40,000 BPH
– Beverage production lines: 6,000 BPH – 50,000 BPH
2017: Began manufacturing and installing canning lines:
– Beer canning lines: 10,000 CPH – 72,000 CPH
– Beverage canning lines: 10,000 CPH – 72,000 CPH
– Self-developed F&P can seamer: Max 72,000 CPH
2018: Expanded conveyor product applications in the dairy industry (including buffer platforms, brick pack conveyors, buffer towers, etc.).
2019: Advanced high-speed palletizer technology (AMS, Robot), with numerous applications in the industry.
2021: Successfully developed a 300 PPM high-speed card wrapping machine with independent intellectual property rights, applied in Swire Shenmei Coca-Cola.
2022: Entered new sectors with production lines for:
– Liquor: 5,000 BPH – 36,000 BPH
– Condiments (soy sauce/vinegar): 6,000 BPH – 36,000 BPH
– Edible oil: 4,000 BPH – 6,000 BPH (up to 4L packaging)
2023: Commercialized a multi-packer with a capacity of 100–200 packages per minute, successfully applied in Pepsi and Coca-Cola China.

2025: Continuing to strengthen R&D efforts to drive innovation and global expansion.
